What: Competitive 5K Run/Walk to help construct and maintain the Paul Ambrose Trail for Health, a 26-mile pedestrian and bicycle pathway system that will increase health and fitness opportunities in Huntington, WV.
Health and fitness demos and activities begin at 4 p.m. Run/Walk begins 6 p.m.; Kids’ Fun Run begins 5:30; 50/100 Yard Pre-School Dashes begin 5:15 & 5:20 p.m. Awards and memorial ceremony begins 8 p.m.

$15 Early Registration by 9/1/09. $20 Late Registration. $5 Kids Race $2 50/100 Yard Dashes
Awards: Overall Male & Female Age Divisions (12-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+) Team Divisions (Academics, Businesses, Faith-Based, Health Care, Public Servants/Heroes. Five fastest team members are scored; team participants may also qualify for individual awards)
