It’s getting closer to the days, where bikinis come out and beach bod is a must! There’s tons of workouts swimming on the web, which claim to be the best workouts to get you ready. We decided to go through a few and figure out which best helps reach your goals even when you’re off on the beach soaking up those suns. No matter where you are running is a must with each exercise, most workouts forget to include a simple run before or after a workout, but in order to tone your body as a whole you need to run even if that means jog those miles.  Let’s begin!

Beach Interval

  • Run 30 minutes before
  • 90 Transverse jumping jacks
  • 70 Russian Twist
  • 30 High knees (right + left = 1)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 80 mountain climbers
  • 60 booty kicks
  • 40 front kicks
  • 50 sit ups
  • 20 push ups
  • 30 high knees
  • 100 toe touches (right =1 left=1, in front of you or on a step)
  • Run 20 minutes cool down

 

Bikini Ready Workout

  • Run 30 min
  • 30 Jumping jacks
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 calf raises
  • :30 plank
  • 10 short bridges
  • 5 burpees
  • 20 bird dogs
  • 30 Russian twist
  • 10 lungs
  • :30 superman
  • 20 butt kickers
  • 30 jumping jacks

Beach Bum Workout

  • 950 jump ropes
  • 150 jumping jacks
  • 100 flutter kicks
  • 50 oblique sit-ups
  • 50 regular sit-ups
  • 50 knee tucks
  • 50 jumping knee tucks
  • 50 clap pushups

Make sure to do a warm up and cool down with each workout, and always make sure to stretch before and afterwards. Like all the titles mention in each workout, these workouts can be taken on to your vacation even if you’re vacation includes sand in your shoes.
