Course

The race will begin in the parking lot by the Large Shelter (Shelter 6) at the back of Valley Park in Hurricane. The course is relatively flat and follows the track out of the park through quiet neighborhood streets back to the park, finishing back at the Large Shelter.                                                                   

Note....There are slight modifications due to the wonderful park improvements which have altered the old course.

Entry Fees

Pre-Registration: On/Before June 1, 2018 - $20.

Late or Race Day Registration - $25 T-Shirt only guaranteed if registered by June 1.

Race Day Registration: 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM.

Prizes awarded to top 3 M/F overall, and to top 3 M/F in each age group: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

PUTNAM COUNTY'S LARGEST 5K EVENT .......AND SUPPORTING A GREAT CAUSE FOR ALL OUR FURRY FRIENDS AT THE PUTNAM COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER Proceeds will be used to cover costs of spaying and neutering, helping to prepare our furry friends (both dogs and kitties) for adoption. The Shelter will be bringing dogs to the event hoping that we can help find homes that day for several lucky Fidos!

Race Day Registration begins at 7:00 AM at the Wave Pool!
