Course

The United Way Scarecrow 5k will take place mostly along the bike path from Court St to Chrisman Park and circle back around 🏃‍♂️.  You will be on sidewalks for 3 blocks on your return to finish line where your medal will be awaiting! If you are a runner, this is a definite PR course that is mostly flat.

Age Groups

This run or walk event is for all ages!  Course is stroller friendly and dogs are welcome as well. Bring your family and friends to enjoy this unique hometown event, and to enjoy the local festivities throughout the day.

Awards

All participants will receive finishers medal!

Top 3 males and Top 3 females will recieve awards!

More Information

Kick off your day with the 5k event and enjoy the rest of the day at The Scarecrow Festival.  Parking spots are all around downtown along streets and a couple of accessible parking lots. Traffic is light before the race starts, so missing the start will not be a problem (unless you wake up late 😀.) Food, crafts, rides, activities for the kids.  Not to mention, there will be a free concert Saturday evening.  Artist yet to be announced.
