2019 KDMC Glow Run 5K

start on Central Ave. between 24th and 25th street - Ashland, KY
Course
Course is flat with long straightaways through downtown Ashland. Runners will start and finish at 25th street (King's Daughters Outpatient Physical Therapy building). Water stations will be available. Glow stations will light up the night along the course. Colored powder will also be thrown so please wear old clothing and shoes. Colored powder can be avoided on race path if needed.
Entry Fees
$20 if pre-registered by 6pm Thursday, July 25th
$25 on race day Friday, July 26th
No refunds.

This race is not timed. Come enjoy a night race! Runners and walkers are welcome to join in for an evening filled with glow shirts, paints, black lights, color powder and more! Join us for the fun!
Charity Information
Proceeds benefit the Baseline Community Concussion testing for local athletes.

Pre-registration packets for those that are pre-registered will be available Friday, July 26th starting at noon up until the race ( 9 p.m.) at the back of the King's Daughters Outpatient Physical Therapy Building (480 23rd St. Ashland). You will see stairs and a door propped open at the back of the building.
Day of registration for anyone not pre-registered will also be available at the back of the Outpatient Physical Therapy building starting at noon up until race time (9 p.m.). You will see stairs at the back of the building.
T-shirts for the first 250 are guaranteed. Great door prizes and refreshments!
