First, second and third place overall male and female will be awarded.

All proceeds for this event will benefit the underinsured patients of the Pikeville Medical Leonard Lawson Cancer Center. 

More Information

For convenience, early bag pickup will be available on Friday, August 16 at the Garfield House on College Street in downtown Pikeville from 11am - 2pm and from 3pm - 6pm. 

Registration begins at 7:30am on race day.

If you want to support the Cancer Center patients, but can’t make it to Pikeville, be a virtual runner! You will get your T-shirt and finisher medal mailed to you. Just send us a selfie of your run! Make sure to message the race director after you register, that you are a virtual runner. You’ll get a follow-up e-mail with more details.
