Splash & Run - Water Run 5k for Developmental Disabilities

Course
Runs in August are HOT! How about we cool down with some SPLASHES OF WATER! Join us for our Splash & Run 5k for Developmental Disabilities. The course will feature several water obstacle courses along the route, including water guns, a slippery slide, and foam water balls. The end will have an inflatable water slide after you cross the finish line!
Don't want to get wet or hit the obstacles? Feel free to run 5k and skip any obstacles. We'll get you marked so that you can avoid the water guns too.
Runners will receive a rally towel for participation with the Splash & Run logo
Flat with a steady incline for about .2 miles on the way back through Woodland Cemetary and end on Dawson Bryant High School track.
Entry Fees
Pre-Registration $20.00 before July 24 (non-refundable) Race Day $25.00 (Rally Towels are not a guarantee on race day or for those who register after July 24). Groups of 8 or more can register for $18 per participant (all participants must be pre-registered).

Up to 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards
Top Prize will be given to each age category by gender.
Charity Information
Funds raised for this event will go to the Lawrence County Friends of DD, which provides support for the levy committee for Lawrence County Developmental Disabilities. Money raised will benefit services to children and adults living with developmental disabilities in our area!
