Course
RACE BIB PICK-UP & registration is at the baseball field near the entrance to St. Albans City Park. Parking is available at the baseball fields. Race will start promptly at 5pm near the registration area. Course is ~1.1 mile loop from baseball field to top of hill and back to the baseball field. 3 loops and racers will finish right where they started.
Look for signs and volunteers when you enter St. Albans City Park to direct you to the race start. Due to weather conditions, the race will be ran through City Park and NOT the actual wooded trails.

FEES
Registration fees are $25 (on or before 12/16).

All runners/walkers registered on or before 12/16 will be guaranteed a custom designed tshirt.
After 12/16, registration fees are $35.

Help us light up the night to find Alzheimer's first survivor.
Currently more than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 16 million indivuals are serving as their unpaid caregivers. Throughout West Virignia thousands of families are facing this progressive disease which is devastating our families, our finances and our future. In our state, there are more than 38,000 people with this disease and 106,000 caregivers who provide 121,000,000 total hours of unpaid care.
Dementia Friendly St. Albans, community partners, businesses, and residents will come together on December 21 at St. Albans City Park for a 5 K Trail Glow Run and Walk which will kick off the evening's Annual Festival of Lights at St. Albans City Park. This beautiuly wooded terrain will provide the backdrop as walkers and runners, decked out in their brightest colors, glow sticks and help us continue our work to find a cure for this devastating disease.
All monies raised will benefit the Alzheimer's Association for care, support and research and will be donated in the name of Dementia Friendly St. Albans.
Registration begins at 4pm and race starts promptly at 5pm

- Overall Male & Female Finisher
- Top Male & Female Finisher in each age group
AGE GROUPS
- 13 & younger
- 14 - 18 years old
- 19 - 34 years old
- 35 - 49 years old
- 50+
Charity Information
The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. We are partnering with Dementia Friendly St. Albans to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias.

SAME DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE FROM 4-4:45 PM AT ST. ALBANS CITY PARK. Race begins prompty at 5pm.
