Charity Information

All proceeds will go to Blessing Box Project which was established by breast cancer survivor Dawn Compton. This grassroots project allocates 100% of all funds received to blessing boxes. A blessing box consists of a comfortable pillow to use after breast surgery for women facing breast cancer, a shirt is also included that has sewn in pockets on the inside to tuck away drain tubes the weeks following surgery, there are also a few other small surprises in each box that are handy after a mastectomy. Each box including shipping costs about $29. These pillows and shirts are made by a group of women who volunteer and pray over each box for the woman receiving the box. Any woman having a mastecomy can receive one of these boxes by joining the facebook group Blessing Box Project and sending a message to the administrator Dawn Compton including: Shirt size, address, and surgery date. Dawn and her team provide blessing boxes FREE of charge to women undergoing surgery due to breast cancer-if the recipient is able to pay postage for the next pink sister (approx $13) it is greatly appreciated but not expected. 

This is a program that helps our local women facing breast cancer and women all troughout the country and even worldwide.
