Course

The "Wright" Run Against Drugs is a 5k Color Run. It takes place on the paved walking path starting at Washington Park and going around Eyman Park. The 5k takes just a little over 3 laps to complete. There will be 5 different color stations set up as you run or walk through each lap. Our course is child and pet friendly. There are a few hills, but nothing crazy. 

Entry Fees

Registration prices are as follows:

Child ticket (6-17)-$25

Adult ticket (18 and up)-$30 

Adult ticket (with free child under 5)-$30

Registration the day of is $20, with no event shirt or swag bag.

As this is a fun run, there are not any awards being given out at this time.

Charity Information

The "Wright" Run Against Drugs is a 501(c)(3) charity organization. All proceeds raised at this event are donated to The Fayette County Prevention Coalition to help support the continued drug education of the youth in our community.

Here you can stay up to date with any important information regarding the event and check out the days schedule of events. Check-in and registration start at 9:00 AM, while the run/walk begins at 10:00 AM.

We will have music provided by DJ Age, Narcan traing along with free Narcan, and informational tables set up by local organizations who help those in need of substance abuse education and/or rehabilitation.
