The course is mild to moderate with a couple of rolling hills.

Pre-registration: Before May 28-$30(Must be registered by this date to guarantee a t-shirt)  Late registration & race-day registration $35

Age Groups

15 & under; 16-30; 31-45; 46-60, 61+

Awards

Prizes will be given for the top 2 finishers and for the top finisher in each age group for male & female.

Charity Information

This is a 5K to raise money to continue the support our church has provided the medical & prison ministries in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, for over a decade.  Following a break due to the pandemic, we are excited to return in 2023! Thank you for your support!
