Course

The course is mostly a flat course that starts at the shelter and runs through and around the park. 

Racers! Please reference the course map and keep track of your trips over the bridge on race day. On your third time over the bridge, Turn RIGHT to the finish line!

Children are encouraged to participate in the 5K run/walk (with a guardian along the course).

Children who are pushed in strollers are ineligible to win in child categories.

Pets welcome!

All proceeds directly benefit Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of West Virginia. Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, promoting early literacy and academic success statewide.

Racers check-in at red tent near playground and shelters to receive bib assignment and T-shirt*

8:30am- Festivities

Family Fun event! Enjoy fun in the park with Line Dancing, Face Painting, Shaved Ice, Dolly Music, and more!

9:00am- Best Dressed Dolly contest- Prizes awarded!

9:05am- Race begins
