Course
The 5K course offers a scenic and enjoyable route throughout the State Park suitable for runners and walkers. The race will start at the main lodge and follow the road down towards our River Run Campgound for plenty of room for a smooth start. The course continues to our recreation area where you will have sights of our beautiful Hughes River. There will be a water station at the halfway turn around point for runners to hydrate before coninuing the race. The course continues back on the same road with two inclines making this a very fun challenge for our runners. The race finishes back at the lodge where spectators can cheer on thier favorite racers. The route will be well marked and will have staff at intesections.
