Course

5K starts on Virginia Ave., turns left on 10th St & right on Gaston Ave. It turns right on 4th St. 4th Street becomes Everest Drive. Course turns left on Kirk Way & then left on Coal Hollow Run which become Benoni Ave. It turns left on 9th St. & then goes right onto Farms Dr. Course crosses Fairmont Ave. onto 12th St. 5K will finish at the corner of 12th St. & Minor Ave.

Entry Fees

$20 by 7/21/14. $25 afterwards. $5 extra for 2 events.

5K female: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over 5K male: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over Overall awards for 5K run, 5K race walk & 1 mile run. No age groups for 5K race walk or 1 mile.

Awards & post race refreshments next door at the 12th Street Pool. Private & free post race pool party for runners, walkers & families members. Benefits Literacy Volunteers of Marion County, a United Way agency. Lots of food & refreshments following race.
