Course

The race starts and finishes at the Jackson area YMCA and runs through the rolling streets of Jackson with slight up and down grades.

Entry Fees

Preregistration is $20.00 through August 24th and race day registration is $25.00.  12 and under: FREE. Race day registration starts at the YMCA at 8:00 on September 7th. All pre-registrants who registered before August 24th will be guarenteed a shirt. T-shirts will be provided to all other registrants while supplies last.  

Age Groups

Male and female age groups are as follows: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 and over. Plus Athena (women 170 pounds plus), Clydesdale (men 215 pounds plus) and Stroller Classes. Walkers must walk the entire course without running.

Awards

Plaques will be awarded to the top male and female runners and first Athena, Clydesdale and Stroller. Medals to the top finishers in running age groups. No duplication of awards.  Age Divisions: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and  70+.

Charity Information

The proceeds from this race will go to the Y's youth sports programs. This money will help ensure that program prices remain low and everyone will be able to participate.
