Course

10K course has rolling hills with some flat areas, 5K course has one good sized hill, 1 mile Fun Run is downhill, uphill and then downhill. All of the race courses end with a good downhill finish!!!

Steins and cheese awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall winners for 5K and 10K and medals for age group winners: 10K, 5K age groups - 11 & under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and above; 1 Mile – Participation medallion to all participants
