Entry Fees

$20 (includes T-Shirt for those who pre-register) + all participants will be entered in a chance to win TWO tickets (value $100.00) to a very special VIP/Sponsor Event on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm at La Famiglia. A special wine tasting and food assortment will be provided, with Italian songs provided by Huntington’s own Cecile Imperi Smith. Winner will be notified and announced during awards cermony after 5K for Hunger. 

Age Groups

10&under 11-14 15-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70-74 75&over

Racers will be designated to a specific group on day of race at registration.

Awards

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female.  Awards will also be given to top 2 male and female in each age division. No duplication of awards.

Charity Information

5k for Hunger (Run/Walk) is part of Woodmen Life's National Community Focus - Fight Hunger in the USA.  All proceeds from 5k go to benefit Facing Hunger Foodbank and help combat hunger in the Tri-State Area.   Plenty of Food & Drinks will be provided the day of event.  Woodmen will have all their portable grills, media trailers, & tents at the 5K.  We will also have food donation barrels, so please bring a non-perishable food donation on day of race to be donated to Facing Hunger Foodbank in Huntington, WV.   Thanks again for all your support!
