Course
The 5K is a family-friendly event. Runners, walkers, and participants pushing baby strollers are all welcome!. The paved course starts and ends behind the Benedum Center, so please park in the parking lot by the Bridgeport City Pool and tennis courts. Costumes are highly encouraged but not necessary!
There is also a free Kids' Dash at 8:45 AM. It will be a short (no more than 100 yards) that will be manageable even for the littlest runners. No registration required for the Kids' Dash.

Prizes will be awarded for:
- Top 3 overall male and female finishers
- Top male and female runner in each age category

Charity Information
Proceeds from this year's race will fund projects within our local community as well as support The Elle Foundation. The Elle Foundation is a Bridgeport-based charity which raises money for children suffering from congenital heart defects.
More Information
Kids activities will be available for children 2+ and you are welcome to drop your kids off while you run. This year we are partnering with Jen Brazier, the only Spartan-certified coach in the state of WV, to offer your children some Spartan-like obstacles to tackle.
