Course

The course is mostly flat with killer obstacles. Expect walls, barbed wire, pain, fire, creek run, mud crawl and more pain. Help stomp out tobacco use at the  Raven Rock Ash Dash. The race is a 5k course with obstacles. It is designed to test your limits, get your adrenaline pumping and see if you have what it takes!

Community Health & Wellness Fund

The Community Health & Wellness fund is designed to offer support to projects that will positively affect the health & wellness of those living and working in our community. Our goal is to help provide much needed resources that will promote healthy lifestyle choices through creating and supporting programs that encourage community health and wellness.

All participants must sign a waiver to participate. Children under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian the day of the event. All participants will recieve an Ash Dash t-shirt. Packet pickup begins at 8:00am Online Registation only
