Course
Race begins at the Valley Park Wave Pool entrance. The course is run on pavement and partial trail. It has some rolling hills and finishes back in front of the Wave Pool
Entry Fees
$25, Register before Aug 7 to guarantee a T-shirt. Special rates for teams (XC and others) if your team wants a great training run together they will be challenged and have a great time of bonding.
Age Groups
Elementary: 11 & under Middle: 12-14 High: 15-18 Adult: 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70 and over
Awards
Plaques for Top Male and Top Female Medals for Top Male and Female in each age group. No awards for 1 miler participants, other than a sense of accomplishment!

Our goal is to place AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) in schools. Because of the tremendous support of this race the MRK AED Foundation has raised enough money to place AEDs in Every school in Putnam and Mason Counties. Thank YOU!!
