Course

The Red Devil Hill 5K Challenge is a 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) race starting and ending at Russell High School,

709 Red Devil Lane, Russell, KY 41169.  Runners will race on the streets of Russell, following the sidewalk path. The course is flat in many parts, features a large down hill section and challenges runners to conquer Red Devil Hill at the end before sprinting to the finish.

Entry Fees

• $15 pre-registration before August 12th
• $20 postmarked after August12th and on race day
• $13 group registration (must have a group of 10 or more people)
• $0 Active Duty Military or Veterans (must be pre-registered)
• YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED IN ORDER TO BE GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE A RACE SHIRT!

Awards

Awards ceremony and door prizes will be presented following the race at Russell High School.  Awards will be given to top three overall male and female, top three male and female in each age category and top three in the stroller division.  The top team (of 5 or more) will be recognized (based on cross country scoring) and the top three K9 finishers will also receive awards!  We will have random drawings for door prizes by bib numbers.

Charity Information

All proceeds from the race will benefit the Russell High School Boys & Girls Cross Country teams.
