Course: 5K (3.1 miles) Run or Walk
The course will begin at the Trail Shelter located at Water Ways Park. The course consists of both paved and wooded trails. A water station will be located 1/2 way through the Run/Walk on the trail.

- Pre-Registration Fee: $20 (includes t-shirt & water bottle)
***Pre-Registration closes at 5am Friday (Sept 22nd) - morning prior to race day
SHIRT DEADLINE: 1pm the Tuesday before the race (Sept 19th) to be GUARANTEED A SHIRT
Youth shirts are available for the same registration fee as adults ($20 pre-register, $25 on-site registration)
EXTRA FEES: Reg fee increases $1.00 for shirt sizes 2XL & up: 2XL-$1.00, 3XL-$2.00, 4XL-$3.00, 5XL-$4.00 (limit: 5XL)
- On-site registration Fee: $25 (Cash only for on-site race day registration please)
COMPUTERIZED RACE RESULTS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLINE

All proceeds from the 2nd Annual BMH 5K Wellness Run/Walk will go towards purchase of equipment for the new Boone Memorial Hospital

KID FUN RUN (age 10 & under) will be held just before the 5K Run/Walk begins: 7:45am
*Children will not be timed. However, participation ribbons will be awarded*
Youth shirts are available for the same registration fee as adults ($20 pre-register, $25 on-site registration)
Note: All minors must be accompanied by an adult during the 5K Run/Walk

*Trail/Registration location: (Trail Shelter): Go past the pool and Putt Putt. Continue over the hill, past the football field. The Trail Shelter is located beside the Soccer/Football field Parking lot. Parking will be available at the field.

Keep in mind, a photographer will be on-site snapping pictures. Therefore, pictures will be provided on-line after the event.
