Course

The Derby Dash course is flat with wide lanes, starting and ending at the Courthouse Square.  Enjoy a run or walk through downtown Greenup.

Entry Fees

$20 before cut off date (May 4th)

$15 each (for groups of 8 or more before May 4)

$25 Race Day*  ($20 for groups)

Age Groups

14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up

Awards

Prizes awarded to top  3 male/female in each age group and top 2 overall male and female.

Founded in 2012, Emmaus is a 501c3 non-profit organization that serves individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their day training program which is open Monday—Friday 8:30am—2:30pm.    Emmaus provides services through the Kentucky Medicaid Michell P. Waiver and Supports for Community Living Waiver. 

The Mission of Emmaus is to enhance the quality of life for family members, caregivers, and individuals affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing a wide-range of high quality, accessible, and affordable services.

Located in downtown Greenup, Ky, Emmaus exists to provide hope to families with disabilities.  We seek to provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support to individuals with disabilities and their families. 

As a faith based organization, we believe that all people matter to God, regardless of their abilities.  Therefore, the people we support are empowered to live the highest quality of life possible, which not only benefits them, but also benefits our community and society as a whole.
