Workout Wednesday - Bikini Ready Arms

Summer time is here!!! Pool side time is upon us, and beach hours are in our plans. But are you comfortable with your bikini top? Biggest part of getting that perfect fitting bikini top, is due to your arms. A simple toning workout can get you feeling comfortable in that bikini top and everyone compliment you on that new top as well. Here’s a couple workouts you can do daily with your welcome workout rounite.

 

Short Arm Circuit:

  • :30 seconds Arm Circles
  • :30 seconds Knee Push-ups
  • :30 second Over Head  Press
  • :30 Second Floor Triceps Dips

1 minute rest, repeat 3 times

 

At the Beach Arms

  • 3 sets/ 12 reps Knee Push Ups
  • 3 sets/12 reps Russian Twist
  • 3 sets/ 5 reps  Decline Push Ups
  • 3 sets/ 10 reps Squat Thrust
  • 3 sets/ 12 reps Triceps Push Ups
  • 3 sets/ 20 reps Jumping Jacks

1 minutes rest, repeat 2 times

 

Pool Side Ready Arms

  • 10 Arm Swings
  • 20 Arm Circles
  • 10 Wall Push Ups
  • 2 Kneeling Push Ups
  • 5 Chair Dips
  • 1 Burpee
  • :15 plank
  • 10 Wall Push Ups
  • 5 Elbows-in Wall Push Ups
  • 20 Weightless Bicep Curls
  • 10 Arm Swings
  • :30 Triceps Stretch ( each arm)

2 minutes rest, repeat 3 times
