Lawrenceburg 'a first ever chip-times 5K returns for it's 2nd year.!

The 3.1 mile course will start at the Christain Academy of Lawrenceburg, cross over main street into the middle school, turn right into the park and make one loop on the track, turn back into middle school parking lot towards Woodford Street, cross Woodford Street and go up Saffell Street until you get to Broadway, turn left on Broadway, turn left on Main Street, and then finish by taking the straight stretch from Broadway to CAL. All running surfaces are paved and there are some hills. 

Entry Fees

Pre-Registration (before August 9)

$30 to pre-register on or before August 9

$20 for any  police officer (use coupon code POLICE at checkout)

$20 for any child under 13 (use coupon code UNDER13 at checkout)

Late Registration (August 10-September 10)

$35 for late registration, including on the day of the event.

$25 for any police officer (use coupon code POLICE at checkout)

$25 for any child under 13 (use coupon code UNDER13 at checkout)

All children are welcome to walk/ride with their parents at no cost. The only way to guarentee your child a t-shirt on race day though is by signing them up before hand. There will be a small amount of shirts for sale on the day of the race. All children (including those under 5) should be signed up using the promo code UNDER13. 

Online registration closes at noon on Friday, September 8. After this date please register in person the evening of the walk/run with cash/check/money order made payable to the Eric Chrisman Memorial 5K.

Virtual 5K

If you cannot participate with us on September 9, you are welcome to participate as a virtual runner any time. Virtual runners will still receive a goodie bag via mail, but will not receive a bib so they will not be considered for awards. The $30 fee goes straight to the scholarship fund. We greatly appreciate your support. Simply, register for the virtual run rather than the actual 5K. Thanks!

All proceeds go to the Eric Chrisman Scholarhsip Fund and the Kentucky State Police Trooper Island. 

More Information

Anyone who registers prior to the August 9 deadline will be GUARENTEED a t-shirt on the morning of the race. 

Anyone who registers after August 9 can still get a shirt but it will be on a first come, first serve basis on the day of the race. Any one who has not gotten a shirt on the day of the race will still get one but at a later date as we will order them following the race.
